St Cuthbert's RC high school had a new outbuilding built which came in the form of a glass dome. The dome incorporates a learning centre and a library so they needed 2 solutions – one for the heat and one for preventing UV rays. They opted for window film due to the shape and structure of the dome so we installed 2 types – reflective solar film to reduce the heat gain & a clear safety film to stop the UV rays damaging the books.
